Bought 1, are these fake though or just old? If i remember correctly these old ones used AAA batteries for noise cancellation?

Those were the Studio 1. Different design. But these could still definitely be fake. There were a lot of fakes even back then

no they used aaa for "amplifying" the sound..there was no cancellation

Based on the sellers feedback and selling history, I would br surprised if these were fakes. Also, did these have serial numbers on them? Good thing with ebay is that there is 45 days for returns. Fakes are automatically granted for returns.

high quality fakes had serials on them as well..and the serials showed up on the monster site..
