I typed $75 by mistake. Yes, for as long as your total is $65 after all discounts, you should be fine.

This is a fake rebate.

When you try to submit the rebate it tells you that the total purchase price must be more than the individual price. In my case I had a total price of $87 with an individual price of $43.99 for two so the error is fake to deny the rebate.

Not to mention Target has a bonus of $10 Target cash when you spend $60 or more. More power to you if you get that. $15 Target GC + $10 Target Cash + $15 PG CB = $40 in rebates and rewards.
