1. Wait until April 13.
2. Buy max ($500?) of Target GC with Circle (10%?) bonus.
3. Use Target GC to buy $65 worth of products (or more, I have a $70 circle bonus as well)
Also, there's a typo/mistake on their website for the Amazon 30 pack of Family Mega Charmin Ultra Strong. The only UPC their site will accept is 030772049037, but the code on the box is 10030772049034. But when you use 030772049037, it populates the rebate form with the correct item: "CHRM STRG 1/30FM 308CT SIOC US". So, hopefully, the rebate will go through....

When you try to submit the rebate it tells you that the total purchase price must be more than the individual price. In my case I had a total price of $87 with an individual price of $43.99 for two so the error is fake to deny the rebate.

Also note that Walgreens is pretty good about linking the relevant promos to each product. So if you see the "Sustainability Rebate" link under a particular product listed there, it should qualify for the rebate (even if purchased elsewhere). Maybe someone else can chime in with a complete list of products or UPCs if they have one.
