If this is your first (new customer/account) order do you still get the first time order free one as well.... So like two free ones??

UPDATE: Just FIRST time ordered, and got 2 free sandwich perks to use. One in 7 days, and another in 30 days..

GREAT DEAL 3 sandwiches for the price of one!

I'm a Potbelly employee and I can confirm that the free sandwiches do work on the underground menu as long as it's the right size.
I almost always get the lucky seven whenever I have a free sandwich coupon. It's the most expensive sandwich on the menu so you get the most value out of the coupon.

Maybe they do not offer itt at all locations? If I go to sandwiches in the app I see it there at the top.

I finally found it on the mobile app menu under the "Underground Menu" section. Apparently these are available only on the mobile app not via their website. I have been ordering from their website instead. No wonder.
