Walmart Better Homes & Gardens Tabletop Ironing Board $5 in store YMMV

Many Walmarts in the New England area have these Better Homes and & Gardens Ironing Board for $5. I snagged two.
They aren't in the clearance area but are in the aisle where the irons, hangers, and clothing racks are.
They were listed as regular price at one store, and shown at the $5 clearance price at the other. Online, Walmart is now selling them for $12.
Use the app to check the price! Also snagged a $5 multi-tier shoe rack shown as regular price on the shelf.
Seems that the best clearance deals at Walmart these days aren't in the clearance aisle
