I like how they conveniently price this at $17.40 so even if you buy 2 of them it comes out to $34.80, which is just under the $35 minimum threshold to get free shipping.
The titanium coating is a gimmick. However, once you're down to the AUS-8 steel, it'll sharpen very well. That's a good budget ("budget") knife steel, although its hardness has some range dependent on the manufacturer (Benchmade gets their AUS-8 to 60 HRC, others to 58).
Note that this knife is tiny at 7" extended with 4" handle. If you have average adult hands, this probably will be too small for firm use. In comparison, the Harbor Freight lock-back utility knife is 6", but with 5" dedicated to the handle, at $6 normal price (item #62358). For EDC or general purpose use, a utility knife with replaceable blades is cheaper and (probably) more practical. I've used various folders for many years and, after switching to a utility knife with replaceable blades, haven't missed the folders.
Of course, if you're making feather sticks or whittling, your knife requirements may be more specialized (but then, a folder is still probably not the right tool).
There are a number of Schrade Delta class knives like the Outback, Inert and CLR folders for $17.95 (some Limited Time, some just apparently regular) on Amazon and they have AUS-10 - even the Inert which is apparently upgraded since Amazon description and photo does show AUS-8 but reviews and listing on Schrades site say AUS-10.
