Note a few things:

1 - It looks like its a sweat type fitting (not a problem, just be aware)
2 - It has a pull down diverter... these work well, but when you have company over, they may be confused on how to get shower engaged the first time they use it.

lol @ #2
I moved into an apt that had this type of diverter, it took me a long time to figure it out.

Per the specs on Grainger it's a "Tub Spout - Pull-Down Diverter: Delta, 1/2 in Connection Size, CWT/IPS Connection, Chrome Finish". So you can sweat or it'll screw in. Most likely comes with an adapter.
This one has very popular Delta brass adapter that has sweat connection and 1/2" IPS BUT if you have older style IPS pipes or copper adapter that protrudes farther than 2" you would need to cut it off and solder new one after shortening exposed pipe to about 1". The thread is on the wall end of the adapter and can't accommodate long pipe/existing male threaded fitting. Easiest for copper pipe is just to take off any adapters and with about 3-4" left clean the end and let it go through adapter until it comes out on outer end, take off rubber washer and solder the connection between adapter and pipe (there's small groove where they meet) let it cool down and then put washer back with tiny dab of waterproof grease for it to go on easier then tighten till outer shell hits the wall and put some Silicone around 7-5 clock movement leaving small gap on the bottom in case any leaks happen inside in the future. Then call Delta and tell them yours is broken and needs a replacement so you have spare on hand when it happens, it's their fault they started making them like trash anyways and since they offer lifetime warranty you're just thinking ahead.

I need a backup, both my baths use this, so will get it in case my son decides to sit on it again.
Yeah I had one that was broken when I moved into the house, and I didn't want to sweat a new one on, so I bought exactly the same one so I wouldn't have to redo a connection... Looks nice.

Great to confuse the crap out of your guests when they're naked and maybe just blew up the toilet and don't want to ask for help so they take a bath.

This one is a little more in price, but not Delta, and has a more common pull up lever:

Pull down seems good until you have to constantly bend down to pull it down. It may work if you are young and short. Try simulating a pull down on your current spout before you buy this. I bought one and regretted it.

I'm pretty sure they have lifetime warranty so if your old one broke you should be able to get a replacement.

There is a ring where the water comes out. Pulling it down diverts water to the shower head.

Once you are told how it works, it's incredibly obvious, but many people do not see it as a movable part and then cannot figure out how to engage the shower.

We host a lot of military guests from the service academies that are sometimes here only once, so I was going to paint the ring red to make it more obvious.

That seemed like a maintenance nightmare, so instead, we just made an welcome sheet that has instructions (as well as WiFi password, etc) and since then we have had no issues.

Someday I may upgrade to a laminated instruction card in the bathroom.
