2 - It has a pull down diverter... these work well, but when you have company over, they may be confused on how to get shower engaged the first time they use it.

Once you are told how it works, it's incredibly obvious, but many people do not see it as a movable part and then cannot figure out how to engage the shower.

That seemed like a maintenance nightmare, so instead, we just made an welcome sheet that has instructions (as well as WiFi password, etc) and since then we have had no issues.
Someday I may upgrade to a laminated instruction card in the bathroom.
