Pros:
-Chat with CS prior to purchase and express indecisiveness, good chance of getting 10% more off and two years of Samsung Care.
-Good value for the size at this price from a higher quality TV manufacturer.
-Remote is rechargable via solar which is a nice feature.
-Picture quality is pretty good and 60hz isn't necessarily a deal breaker for average viewers since most content isn't surpassing 60hz anyhow. Performance in bright rooms is pretty decent. Seems many viewers prefer this (Q60 series) to the newer Q70 series TV's.
-Samsung's OS is actually pretty nice and snappy, contrary to what I've heard about Smart TV OS's.
Cons:
There is a recurring issue with the TV not communicating well with our Polk sound bar and they're out of sync at times. Usually fixed by adjusting the audio sync or restarting the TV. Seems to be a pretty common issue with Samsung TV's in general.
-Only 3 HDMI ports, two if you use the HDMI ARC port for something like a soundbar. The TV being a Smart TV does kind of alleviate the lack of HDMI ports though since something like a Fire TV Stick or Chromecast aren't really necessary.
-Samsung ships with AGS who is simply a broker and contracts with other carriers. Delivery experience can be kind of abysmal. In my case the delivery was delayed twice with no communication. Then a day after the rescheduled delivery date the TV was left in my driveway so I didn't get threshold delivery and had to carry the TV about 100ft into my house. The carrier (FedEx freight) also didn't get a signature so the TV could have been easily stolen, especially since I had no idea it was delivered and only stumbled on it when going to get something from my car.
