BONUS1500 Promo code during account creation to be eligible. I've personally just gone through this today, and the promo was auto-applied, showing in top banner of each page as I went through the signup. They almost caught me to create a new Savings account too with a single click, but skipped that one. On the following screen it showed me my new account and routing numbers, along with the promo details, the code and terms listed yet again.
No published expiry date at this time.

Qualifying deposit will be judged by the balance in your account from days 15-105 of account opening. For example, if you had funded the account with $50 on day 2, but then transferred $99,950 on day 14, you're eligible for $1500 bonus back in your account by day 165 of account opening. Alternatively, if you added $20,001 on day 2 and left it there until withdrawing $2 on day 104, you will receive a $0 bonus.

Surprised that nobody in this thread even understands what's going on. For $20,000, 4.35% APY over 3 months is $217.50, however you're also getting a $300 bonus, so you're getting $517.50 for 3 months. That equates to10.35% APY.

This is the same for the other deposit amounts.
Doesn't look like it if you currently have one.
They clearly address that at the beginning of the footnotes at bottom of main deal page, listing multiple account types open with them "on or after January 1, 2022" as making you ineligible for this offer. I'd encourage all to RTFM for straightforward questions like these.
There are quite a few other High Yield Savings Accounts that don't have such restrictions and have higher rates of return. Here's a list I compiled this morning:

APY
Amex: 4.35
Sofi: 4.6, $300 bonus direct deposit
Synchrony: 4.75
Wealthfront: 5.00 (get .5 bonus for 3 months if you refer a friend)
Citbank: 5.05 (5k minimum deposit)
Texas capital: 5.1
Everbank: 5.15
Ufb direct: 5.25
Western alliance: 5.36

For 100k you would earn $5,360 per year at Western versus $4,350 + 1500 = $5,850 with the Capital One deal. If you have less than 100k to invest the other options are better.

I closed my 360 performance saving account back in April 2021. Will I be okay or too close to the date?
You're OK. The terms say you're not eligible if you have any kind of CapOne 360 Savings or Money Market on 1/1/2022 or later.

I recommended this deal to a friend last December. It's been over 90 days and they never received the bonus when they called Capital One they were told to wait until June - Ridiculous!! Terns were 90 days
It takes 15 days plus 90 days to hold the money there and then in the terms it says the money will be deposited in 60 days.. So June sounds about right.

Yeah that's the first thing I looked for. Killed the deal for me. I would have definitely opened a new account.

Does "New Capital 360 Accounts" refer only to the savings account or does it include the debit account as well? I opened a debit account with them last year. Also, I would like to know how to transfer all the money into the account. Can it be done at once? Furthermore, when it comes to check deposits of $10,000, all banks usually report to the IRS. What is the case with this account? I am not concerned with their reporting, but I am just wondering if the process will be smooth or if I need to submit additional documents.

Thank you.

Do you see any mention of this deal in your online account after registering with the promocode?

I don't see the code in my account, but it appeared on the account opening confirmation page (which I, of course, saved).

Robinhood Gold provides a 5.25% on uninvested cash at $5 a month, seems like a good deal to me, though no bonus
I'd almost rather open a new account with Well Fargo, or Enron while we're at it.
Robinhood "Gold" for a minimum extra $50 annual cost + whatever other hidden fees they charge for a 'brokerage' that's already questionable, who illegally blocked thousands of people from earning millions of dollars a couple years ago because their business hadn't appropriately planned for the business they're attempting to become. Yet another instance of Silicon Valley trying to 'reinvent' and shake up another industry they knew little about.

I'll take my money elsewhere thanks. Almost anywhere else. Reputation, trust, and credibility matters.

When opening the Cap One account, you'll be prompted to input the routing and account number of the external account you'll use for funding and the amount you want to have transferred. I wasn't prompted to provide any additional documents. Generally speaking, IRS reporting shouldn't pose any problems. The transfer time will mostly depend on the banks' policies.

So just to be clear, I can receive the full amount of the bonus as long as I keep my initial deposit (without withdrawing anything) in the account for 90 days? After the 90 days, I can withdraw all of my money and close the account with no penalty?

Not true. Robinhood Gold decreased the interest to only 5% now, with further decreases likely coming very soon starting in May. They advertise a high interest rate to get people to sign up and then drop the interest later, hoping people are too lazy to move their money out.

Read the OP. Gave examples for scenario like this. Money you want the bonus to reflect must be in the account daily from days 14-105 of account opening.
