- Add quantity of 2x Crest Single Tube Toothpaste and add the following coupons to your card: Save $5 on any 3 and Save $1 on any 1 coupons on the product page (priced at $3.99)
- Add a quantity of 1x Oral-B Toothbrush add the following coupon to your card: Save $1 on any 1 coupon on the product page (priced at $3.99)
- Proceed to cart
- To verify your cart qualifies for $5 in ExtraBucks Rewards:

1. Log Into your CVS account.
2. Add two Crest SINGLE tubes and ONE ORAL B Toothbrushes with the RED $3.99 sale price shown NO OTHER PRICES!

All I do know is that Extrabucks Rewards always have to be used in their entirety or any remaining unused value is lost. For example, the $10 Extrabucks Reward is the standard value earned when you fill prescriptions at their pharmacy. (30 day prescription is one credit and 4 credits equal $2 in Extrabucks Rewards, 90 day prescription is 3 credits.) So if you you have an order totaling say $8 and you use a $10 Extrabucks Reward toward it, you will lose $2 as the entire Reward is applied.
