Not sure about all the terms, conditions, and surcharges-

Tickets do not expire.
Tickets are valid for most standard 2D showtimes, any day of the week.
Tickets are valid at all Regal locations.
Tickets are not valid for private screenings or special events, such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, and concerts.
Tickets can be redeemed at the theatre, kiosk, via the Regal mobile app, or on Regal's website. Tickets cannot be redeemed at Fandango.com or other third-party websites.
Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-refundable.
Tickets carry no cash value. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
Tickets are not for promotional purposes or for resale - unless approved by a Regal representative.
Potential Surcharges (paid upon redemption). Regal reserves the right to add or change surcharges at any time – without notice.
A Premium Format surcharge will apply to all IMAX, RPX, PLF, 3D, ScreenX, and 4DX redemptions. Fees vary by format and location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
A Recliner surcharge will apply when tickets are redeemed for shows with recliner seating – at locations where standard seating is an option. Fees vary by location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
A High-Market surcharge of $1.50 will be applied to all tickets redeemed in California, New Jersey, and New York. Other surcharges may still apply.
A location-specific surcharge will be applied to all tickets redeemed at the following locations. The fee varies by location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information. (List subject to change at any time – without notice)

VIP Movie Tickets (discontinued in 2018, but still accepted) are not valid for the first 12 days of selected new release films; however, an upgrade fee may be paid for admission to these studio-restricted films.
The purchaser shall not use the name Regal Entertainment Group, Regal Cinemas, Regal, United Artists Theatres, Edwards Theatres, or their logos - without prior written permission.
Regal reserves the right to discontinue this program and agreement at any time.

Is the 2 Regal Premiere eTickets +$100 Restaurant.com eGift Card for $24.99 worthy option?

I have never used restaurant.com before so a little unsure.

Matinee prices at my local Regal are still $6.75 and even the evening price is only $10. I rarely see a movie at night so saving a $1 is hardly worth it. I guess if you live in an area that is more expensive it might be worth it.

I'm not sure how they get away with saying it's 50% off.

Even $16 is still not 50% though.

still insane to me... $8.99 a ticket.. BS... after all the fees I still ended up paying basically $27 for two tickets. Fee for the deal, fee for the booking... I wouldnt be suprised if they hit me with a convenience fee if I tried to buy popcorn.

There's an extra premium charge for Imax,3D,etc. plus another $1.50 for NY,CA,NJ,HI,LV. You won't be getting a $21 ticket for 8.99 here.
