it's that the ethernet connection from the monitor will pass through usb-c to the laptop, so it gives the laptop a hard wired internet connection when plugged into the monitor

Ips, Ethernet, 90w usb c; this hits all points for productivity! Gaming will suffer due to 60Hz (you really want >= 120hz) but otherwise solid monitor for a new price

It also has built-in speakers. Plus 3yrs warranty. Excellent deal.

It's on sale for a reason
Yea, they could not sell it. The specs are not good for gamers. The price point is too high for average consumers. For the price, there are many options for a business. This monitor does not fit anywhere.

Exactly, these monitors are good for CAD modeling, graphics designing or stock market day trading. I'll be stacking these monitors vertically for day trading stocks.

I got on this deal as well. Were this available last month I would have bought this instead of the Samsung G85sb for $665. The OLED is amazing but as I use it for work during the day, I've been afraid of burn-ins.

For $250, this has everything checked for productivity. USB-C dock, IPS, curved (although 3800R), flat stand instead of the big tripod style, and built-in speakers.

This, or the Acer 34" at Costco for the same price?

Mostly looking for work (productivity, PDFs, excel, etc). Refresh isn't a deal breaker since most of my gaming isn't top shelf, it's old school Starcraft 2, etc. Welcome any input.

Checked mine after reading your comment and mine has shipped! Looks like Sunday arrival. For reference I placed my order at 1am on April 4th (about 20 hours ago).

Is this good for multi-system setups (notebook for work & desktop for personal)?

Or should I look for a monitor that has built-in KVM?
would like to know as well...
