Tip for Mac users: automatic LAN setup didn't work for me. I had to delete the USB LAN entry in network settings, disconnect, reconnect, and create the USB LAN entry again manually (click the dot dot dot at the bottom of network settings and "add service")

Yeah considering the inflation and everything, this is a pretty good deal for what you get for a work monitor for this size. Good stock like you mentioned and fast shipping too. Would like to see how it performs with macbook pro M chip.
While this is IPS, I'm still debating with the Acer (VA) at Costco based on the curve difference. I know it's VA vs IPS, but I plan to run my two 2k 27" in portrait mode for a tie-fighter setup. The 1000r on the Acer seems like it would be more comfortable vs the 3800r here. Anyone have any experience with different curvatures?

1000R is very curved in my experience. I think they meant 1800R because it's a standard for a 34" monitor.
