Soy protein much maligned, but fine - a complete protein. I'd take it over the more common and cheaper pea protein. Peanuts are good (that's actually food), Whey protein is good.
Not fond of sugar alcohols like Malitol though. That's a cheat - it's basically a sugar-like substance that isn't counted as a sugar on the nutritional label. It still has calories and creates an insulin response - just not as much as sugar does.
That said, still not buying - I don't eat protein bars. I eat homemade jerky for my high-protein snack. That said, my jerky costs more than these bars. I am, after all, an obligate carnivore.
