Bought this exact config brand new from Amazon for $599 in December as I figured I would never shell out the minimum for what I wanted in a Surface Pro 9.
I think this fails as an SP9 because it is just very clumsy as a handheld, and the battery is bad.
"I'll game with it!" - there is no dgpu so be prepared to spend at least this much MORE on a proprietary ASUS external GPU. I knew this going in but thought I would be happier with it than I was.
Otherwise, it was fine.

Came delivered with a shipping label on the outside of the asus box, so beware if you live in a seedy area.
I'm not really sure what the "new open box" definition is, Tablet seemsed in basically brand new shape, but there's a little things that make me its more of Used-New condition....like the sticker on the back was crooked, probably removed and replaced....the charger cable was just bundled in the box, and a little bit of film on the inside of the window on the back. Biggest issue is that the stylus did not come with it. The box next to the laptop was empty.
I messaged woot and brought up my issues and they gave me 3 options: 1) partial refund of $110, 2)return & full refund, 3)they would reach out to asus to try to source a pen.
I opted for option 1, bringing this down to $440, which i'm happy with. i'm not a grapihc designer so no real need, but if its supposed to be included, then it should be there
Overall thoughts, i like the Flow. Compared to my old Surface, its much snappier and display is a lot sharper. The touchscreen seems too sensitive, where when i try to scoll down on a page (youtube) it clicks on the videos and not lets me scoll down. Probably a setting.
I cant comment on battery life, it stays plugged in 99% of the time.

If the sole USBC port gets damaged, you will never be able to charge this machine.
