HD has the DeWalt tool for $159 free shipping. I suppose Lowe's deals is better if you don't need the power stack batteries and can sell them ? How much are people really reselling the power stack batteries for?

Wait for the next sale on the multi- tool if you don't need the stack batteries. Woot had tool only $87 recently and Acme Tools had the kit with 1.5ah battery and charger for $87 + $6.49 shipping back in February.

DCW600B (router) is $135 on Amazon. If you don't need the batteries, about the same deal (assuming you can get ~$40 per battery on ebay). But without all of the effort to list/ship the batteries.
