Big FYI, according to their return policy, these are final sale because the discount is higher than 20%. The example they give is actually using the exact same original price as these sneakers, $140:
"PLEASE NOTE: ALL marked down shoes purchased online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is any item that is discounted by MORE THAN 20%. Items that have coupon codes or discounts of 20% or less ARE refundable. For example: If a shoe is originally $140 and it is marked down to $115. You use a coupon code or loyalty program reduce the cost to $100. The item is more than 20% off and is a final sale item."
I really need some good walking shoes for traveling and want to try Hoka, but I've heard the sizing runs small and don't want to get stuck with a pair that doesn't fit.
Even if they were returnable, they charge $10-$14 for a return label, which I guess is understandable since they're probably not a huge company, but it always sucks to pay just to try on a pair and realize that the size is wrong.
They also charge a flat fee of $14 to exchange sizes.
