They are only 26% protein by calorie, 25% protein by mass, 200 calories each, containin a lot of fat, saturated fat, sugar, and sugar alcohol.
In contrast, skim milk is 40% protein by calorie, and black beans are 27% and aren't called "high protein" products.

There's nothing wrong with this bar and there's nothing wrong with carbs and fat, but if your goal is to increase protein and maybe even lose fat by restricting your calories, this isn't going to be a helpful product.
If you want to burn fat by restricting your calories, you want to get more protein while having less carbs and less fat.
Again, there's nothing wrong with this product, but it's not high in protein compared to the other macronutrients. A can of tuna for example, has almost all of its calories as protein.
*edited to add: Even if you're only talking about convenience and portability, most protein bars have about twice as much protein.

Oddly this is quite common for many grocery items. The nutrition info is there but buried way in the back of the product photos.

Skim milk and black beans??? This is a ready to go, eat anywhere PROTEIN BAR. This is what meant to eat to be eaten when you aren't able to make regular food.
These are not anywhere close to being candy bars either. Most bars in this arena have 14-20 grams of sugar with more calories and less protein, The macros on these bars are actually great and they taste better than most I've tried, and I've tried many.
Your diet advice is severely outdated, please don't make comments like these. They are filled with misinformation.

Meow! And I thought I had claws!
I gave no diet advice - you are just looking for a reason to attack my statement. One can only hypothesize why.
No misinformation. All numbers are accurate as reported on the nutrition label or by the USDA.
If you don't like the facts, attacking me does not change them.
If you think 25% calories from protein is high protein, do you even lift bro? Your next cutting cycle is gonna suck.
