Friendly reminder: Newegg's return policy on monitors is horrendously bad, if you get one with a few dead pixels, good luck exchanging/returning it.

To add to that gigabyte support is awful as well. Had a panel that broke gigabyte told me in not so many words too bad.

Can't decide to go 3x 27 1440p or 2x 32 4k. Office work only. May get into racing sim though

Depends if you really want 4k, saves you from upgrading to it later on

3x27 From personal experience, I prefer more horizontal space from three monitors that allow you to "snap" windows into columns. I'd prefer 6 panels from 3x27 (albeit slightly narrower) than 4 panels from 2x32. Also, many apps won't fully take advantage of the wider panels on the 2x32 config. I also prefer the 1440p monitors if they're high refresh rate (over 60Hz). Just my two cents.

This seems like identical specs to the Dell 1440p monitor that goes on sale at $200 from time to time. Is that one better? Otherwise, this seems like a steal as long as the you win the panel lottery.

Thanks, now that begs the question. Curved or flat? What about flat for center and curved on sides? I've seen many configs online but you don't really know what you'll like till you try it.

Dell and Lenovo has makes a lot of monitors. They have volume advantage.

I would stick with them for monitors.

Who knows who makes these game brand monitors.

I would get the Dell $200 27" IPs.

Rting review is really good.

A friend of mine had HP omen 27i? IPs g sync monitor… the color was awful out of box, and can't never get it right

I've read the curved screens may not be the best for office work. On the other hand, they're supposedly better for sim racing. I would personally prioritize flat for the three (identical monitors) since I do office work first and some side gaming.

What's a general/ decent monitor setup for a dedicated racing sim (seat + wheel/ pedals)?
It'll be ran on xsx?
