Pretty ho-hum configuration, and only 8GB of soldered RAM with no SODIMM slot is a major problem.
It gets used for travel, watching movies and such, a decent amount of web browsing, and a LOT of spreadsheet work, and it's a fantastic little machine for that. It's not playing any fancy video games, but it's literally all most would need for a home PC these days. Screen's decent, at least indoors, I've never had a reason to take it outside. It's snappy as hell, instant logins for multiple accounts with the built-in fingerprint reader, and the build quality seems very solid. It's maybe a touch on the heavy side for something its size, and it's definitely thicker than my Chromebook, but it's not anything that I notice regularly.
I don't know if I'd say that $420 for it is a screaming good deal, but it's absolutely a reasonable price if you need something solid and basic for a Windows machine.

(sold the laptop recently because of the heat of that specific model and the small RAM. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting a 8GB laptop in 2024. You'll regret it someday.)
