There's a pattern with Tesla threads here. I don't care if you all wanna discuss the deal or the cars but it always turns into paaaages and paaaages of bickering back and forth and nobody ,except for the few involved, enjoy that or wanna wade through that. So cut that stuff out, please and thank you.
FYI just because it says "New" doesn't mean it qualifies for the 7500 tax credit. Demo models are new but do not qualify for 7500. If the specific inventory item qualifies it will directly say it on the site.

This is a crazy smart move by Tesla...by doing this they will destroy the competition because they all need to reduce their prices to compete at all...Tesla has plenty of cash reserves even to starve the competition for 3-5 years and at the end TESLA will be the last man standing until...Toyota perfects their hydrogen fuel cell cars.
I'd be interested, but after being spoiled by Hondas and Toyotas, I have three concerns:
1. Reliability
2. Cost of Repair
3. Depreciation
What are y'all's thoughts on this?
Bought my first Toyota in 2021 and it spent literally most of my ownership at the dealership needing repairs. Sold it after a year and only 6,000 miles from sitting at the dealer. My 2023 Honda has a back ordered steering rack several months out with 8,000 miles. Nobody makes a trouble free car anymore.
This bickering back and forth on Tesla threads used to be exclusively for Apple. We as a species have moved on to cars. Next, we'll bicker about flying cars on SD. After flying cars, teleportation.
Any one has tips or thoughts on
1- how to get Fed Tax incentive on Model X 7-seater.
2- I currently have '22 model Y (bought at the peak of price so obviously under water) with 35K miles on it, is it worth to trade-in or should I keep driving the model Y ?

IMHO, the no-money-down Ioniq 6 lease is a better EV deal if you don't need an SUV. Leasing is rarely your best option, but EVs have been depreciating faster than ever and the MY is getting old. No income requirement for the lease deal thanks to the loophole.
Hyundai will give you a free adapter to use the Tesla network by EOY, the driving dynamics are incredible, and it's got 100 miles more range.

I salute to Tesla fans to pay tens of thousands of dollars to test for Tesla, real cult.
Sorry offending if you are, I bought a new X/. But my comment is based on my unbiased opinion.
