Plants are actually quite down in price, especially for the rare and collectible. We buy our plants from many many sources, some are even big box stores and online retailers. Just stick with Walmart Lowe's Menards whatever, they're usually just fine for these more common and affordable plants. The price is high because of the plants ease of propagation, ease of growth, usually dictated by fashion trends in easier terms.
