Waterpiks warranty is fantastic. If for whatever reason you have issues with the unit they'll send a replacement at no cost to you

How long is the warranty?
From their FAQ page:

"Most shower products manufactured after 2005 have a limited lifetime warranty. A dated sales receipt is required for warranty validation.
If you are seeking warranty assistance and do not have the receipt, provide at least two images of the shower head: one to show the face of the shower and the other to depict the issue being experienced. Email the photos to [email protected]. Please include the reason for the claim, your name, address, AND telephone number."

https://showers.waterpik.com/prod...questions/

I've been using this one [waterpik.com] for over a decade and the head is still working just fine.

If you have a bathtub shower, then it's a PITA to turn on water and flip the divertor. The faucet has parts that will wear if you are constantly turning it on and off.
My shower head that I use has a variable pause button. Full stream to full pause, so you don't hurt your privates.

If you never had a handheld shower head, it is nice upgrade, but next level is to get one with a pause button.
Or add one of these:

That would not be a reason not to buy.

"Limited Lifetime Warranty" is really the same as a "lifetime warranty". They all have exceptions, full or limited. You have to read them either way.

Also "Lifetime" is defined by the courts generally as until the product is no longer manufactured.

They didn't even ask for a receipt for the replacement. They did want photos of what was defective.

We don't need you to Google or Chat GPT the topic and paste the results.

The typical interpretation I've seen is the "expected usable life of that type of product." A lifetime warranty on a computer would probably only be 3 or 4 years in practice, for example.

I have had valid "lifetime warranty" claims on bath fixtures (not this brand) declined because the fixture was more than 7 years old (original owner, had receipts), even though the exact same product was still manufactured.

They don't define what "lifetime" means, and this is a deliberate deception.

WaterPik sounds like they have more honest/reputable practices, all I'm saying is some brand touting a "lifetime warranty" generally doesn't carry any weight with me.

I didn't Google this answer nor have I ever used CHAT GPT.

This is from opinions I received from lawyers when involved in suits.

I am not sure if you were intentionally trying to be nasty, but if not, you should look at your post before hitting submit.

Hmmm at this price I may consider packing this in my carry on with a set of pliers.
Nothing more annoying than a hotel shower head without a handheld. I travel quite a bit for work and this would be a welcome addition to my routine if it can pack away well.

Yes, that is certainly a PITA. Almost as much as using a vehicle's turn signal. So, so hard.

You obviously don't have young kids, a pet, or clean large items. Work smarter not harder.

^If U don't have a pause button U can buy a push button valve that fits between the inlet and the shower head.
