About this item:- Automatic speed control of the motherboard through the 4PIN PWM fan cable interface, which can determine the speed according to the temperature of the motherboard, with a maximum speed of 1550RPM. Configured with up to 55cm of cable for PWM series control of fans, ideal for cases and CPU coolers.
- The carefully developed quality S-FDB bearings solve the problem of pc cooling fan blade shaking in lifting mode, keeping fan noise to a minimum while providing maximum cooling performance when needed and extending the life of the fan.
- The case fan is equipped with four soft material silicone corner pads on all four sides, which can reduce the vibration and friction caused by the rotation of the fan, perfectly reducing noise and allowing low noise operation, so that cooling can be carried out in low noise.
- Model: TL-C12C X3, Size: 120*120*25mm, Speed: 1550RPM±10%, Noise ≤ 25.6dBA Connector: 4pin pwm, Current: 0.20A, Air Pressure: 1.53mm H2O, Air Flow: 66.17CFM, Higher air flow for improved cooling performance.

One of the installed fans had a bit of a rattle that went away and stayed away after a few taps. I plan on buying more, if not only because they painlessly stand behind their product and I know if it's not right, they'll make it right. Not the quietest of fans, but I haven't tried controlling their speed. They look great.

Don't expect to see good diffusion of the LED's. From any angle except straight on you can see each individual LED quite clearly. Also low LED count (both to be expected at this price point) but still put out a decent amount of light.
They move a good amount of air at 66 CFM but don't have the static pressure to match at 1.53, so marginal for use in spaces with limited airflow or for rad's. Even though these are the fans used on their highly rated for the price air coolers so go figure.
The biggest issue I have seen with them though is that the magnets on some are not strong enough to keep fan centered on the hub resulting in the blades edges occasionally hitting the frames from the wobble it creates when starting up or when a rapid change in RPM occurs. This can be mitigated or eliminated sometimes by tweaking the frame and tightening one or two of the mounting screws more than the other ones.I would also recommend installing them by hand without using a power driver as the screw holes are slightly oversized and can strip without much effort.
Overall still a good budget buy as long as you know what to expect before hand.
