Be aware the "360 degree sound" is presented to you in mono.

Honestly the site, and company behind it, should be ashamed in my opinion for being a "deal site" but then discriminating against certain publicly available and legal products; that's actually insane.

Might as well disallow any deals on gardening supplies so people don't get discount fertilizer, not to mention they should definitely block all technology deals since nearly every device has the potential to being hacked, if not to potential to do the hacking. Very scary, I'm sure.

This comment needs more views. Major downside. Other similar products have on/off switch.
So does this one

So you have to remove batteries to stop battery drain? There's no OFF button?
It does have an off switch, it doesn't have an AUTO OFF feature, which would automatically turn it off after not being used for a set period of time.

They also have a giant secret list of blacklisted brands that they remove if posted. But since it is unpublished, there is no way to know you are breaking the rules until after.

Is something like this good for mowing? Was just about to buy 3m worktunes
Not for me. Noise cancelation isn't high enough for me.

These are not what you want for mowing.

Weapon headphones allow normal sounds (like a mower) in, but clamp down electronically on very loud sounds like an explosion.

They also don't block out my wife...

R/gun deals is an awful place for gun deals. They regularly blacklist companies and businesses for supporting gun rights.
Ummm, NO. I've spent tens of thousands over the last couple of years on items found on r/gundeals- there is no place like it. Vendors get blacklisted for poor business practices, which unfortunately is common practice in this space. I check r/gundeals almost daily - there's no better place for deals on cool/random stuff you wouldn't have known about and bought otherwise. Best place for deals on ammo too, and the community there is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure what you're on about- but you sound like a vendor who may have pulled one over on someone and got the boot.

Noise reduction rating 23 dB
You beat me to it... IMHO, this means that unless you are firing 22 rifles or low velocity stuff (ammo), you should wear insertable earplugs along with these.

As an example, the Honeywell Howard Leights Pro has 30 NRR. The noise scale is a log scale, so every 3 more means a reduction of 50%. A 30 is A LOT more protection than a 23.

That being said, depending on your face and body geometry, the thinner versions (like these or the Howard Leight sport model) allow you to position rifles and shotguns better, so they are a big benefit when paired with an insertable.

I would not use these for indoor pistol work. Even 22LR pistols are very loud and remember that the guy next to you could be firing a Desert Eagle 50 or 44 Magnum.

It's a rotary volume knob with a click/detent for Off. no LED indicator so easy to forget to turn it off once you take them off.

Wow, that's a big downside if correct... eliminates its value for home defense.

See, that's the point of the asking. Clearly some people want the option so they are inquiring and pushing for those things to be added. Which is how a forum should work. Your comment is just being rude to be rude, which is not how a forum should work.

I just turn the microphone all the way down (so I can use the bluetooth still) and they seem to work pretty good,

3m worktunes is my go to for yard work, 24db reduction and more padding = comfortable over longer periods of time.
