Not really a deal. Looking at the recently posted ABS / Newegg deals, a similar configuration with an i5-13400F is only $950 (a $150 savings). A similar configuration with an i7-13700F instead is only $80 more than this PC. I'd pick either one of those as better values.

From my understanding, one should expect $100 more in a build if Ti over standard 4060. If you believe this deal at $1000 (with 4060) is good, then Ti isn't technically bad at $1100.
