Looks like spots based off the TMNT III costumes. If these were the looks from the first two movies, then I would have bought. these are clearanced for obvious reasons
These are based on the movies, they are a more flexible rubber as opposed the the typical hard plastic. The flexibility makes these turtles a blast to play with. So great that playmates toys chose to re-release this series. Great deal for some of the absolute best of the original turtle line
The only "movie" one's I'd buy r the NECA action figures. Those look so much like the old movies it's actually pretty amazing. Can't get myself to pay over $20 on a nostalgia action figure tho...

Yes. The goofy spots made this a no go. Was going to grab a cheap set for a display but went the more expensive route.
