My wife and I do need to make a will. No experience with this. Does a will need to be filed or anything like that?

From online reading, Trust encompasses many things over Will and is the recommended route. It needs to be registered, with county I guess
Open to be corrected otherwise

I just used free will dot com to make wills for my wife and I and I thought it was pretty slick. I was skeptical at first, but thought I would give it a shot before spending money on something. It offered everything we needed (just a straightforward will) and seemed like it did a good, thorough job. I don't know anything about this product though to compare the two

Appoint an executor and a back up. It gets filed after your passing.

Thought I would compare my last Willmaker purchase to see if this seemed like a good deal. Bought Quicken Willmaker 2016 for $29 on Amazon. Yikes! Now $70 is a good deal??!!
