These guitars are decent if you get one that doesn't need work (fret ends, leveling, bridge adjustment issues like shimming, nut adjustment issues)
Be aware though, with a Kahler on it, you are basically stuck with this guitar. If you go to resell it down the line you are either going to need to take a bath on it or be waiting a very long time for a buyer to show up.
The trick this pony does is really cool... but it is definitely not a trick that everyone wants.
Just to point out a few things. The tremolo and locking nut are over $500 uninstalled if you buy them yourself. The Kahler multi scale tremolo is actually really good. The pickups are like $220. There's a 35 day refund policy in case there are neck issues. That's pretty good insurance for a dud.
Also, it's hard to fathom taking a bath on a guitar this heavily discounted. There isn't currently a cheaper one on Reverb. It may not be the guitar for you, but it's a pretty killer metal guitar if that's what you're looking for. It's not cheap, and I don't feel it's a must buy, but it's less risky than most axes that retail for $2500. I'm very happy with my own seven string version with a different body shape. The seven string is however a very specific special use guitar that would be tough to sell.
I had the non-multi scale version in black and was only able to sell it for $500 on Reverb, and it took about a month to sell. I definitely took a small bath (I bought it for $850 or so). I just didn't play it very much compared to some of my others.

The fit and finish seem pretty bad there. Maybe it he got a particularly bad dud, and maybe they've fixed things, but wow, is that crazy.
