No idea about reliability of this retailer, but since there is a warranty they seem to be an authorized seller. I bought my drives as refurbs thru ServerPartDeals.

If multiple drives clicking bothers you these drives will def get your attention.
Warranty might be hard to claim bc they aren't a authorized reseller. Seagate has refurb units with a guaranteed 2 year warranty you can trust because you're getting them direct for about 15 bucks cheaper a drive.
Personally, since you have to pay shipping both ways, I'm not sure it's worth it. You're talking about 40 to 60 bucks for combined shipping both ways and the hassle of dealing with the warranty. I'd rather just view the drives as disposable and roll the dice with even cheaper refurb drives from reputable stores. I've done this for years and of you pick the right stores, you can really hedge your bets.
Especially when you're talking enterprise drives. These things are designed to handle the abuse and hours of data centers. My guess you're not going to be as hard on them as data centers, so that has to improve the odds/longevity.
Here is the drives I'd buy. 120k purchases. Store was on there since 2005. 9k feedback. Huge stock.

Worth getting new?
Your choice. Can't verify they are new because unsure of seller. But, you can buy refurb directly from Seagate on ebay for 209.
They offer 2 year warranty and you know it's legit. Yes, not 5 years, but still unsure of seller and if the warranty would even be honored.
If you're worried about warranty, you can buy an additional 2 years from all state from ebay for 18,which gets you to about the same price.
Tbh, tech depreciates quickly, so after 2/4 years, what is replacement cost going to be? Potentially new with another warranty? How much more to upgrade to a larger drive?
You still have shipping costs and such when doing warranties. 50+ for round trip.
