I have one of these and it's relatively small for a "cooler". However, it works great as a large lunchbox for a picnic for two or to keep in the back seat for kids to have easy access to snacks or cold drinks on a road trip. Also works great to carry meat to a "bring something to grill" type backyard bbq. The hard liner makes it super easy to clean.

I've also used it to transport small quantities of hot "to-go" soups like ramen and pho to keep the broth hot.

Definitely useful for this price.

Yeah, these are great multipurpose carriers. We have a slightly larger one like this and even use it it to transport hot food to parties. Very useful.

This works well as a small cooler. Can fit a 4-5 sodas/beers and an ice pack, and the shelf is nice for sandwiches--will work for 2 people but that's it. I grab this for a quick day trip when I don't feel like I need my bigger options.

Have one of these, it's decent if you're needing to keep things cool for a couple hours, minimal insulation, but better than nothing.

The main gripe I have with this, is there's no handle to carry it. You can only use the shoulder strap. For this reason, I don't recommend, don't like using mine.

I can understand about the strap, but the insulation is excellent. We were just on spring break and this cooler kept ice for 5 hours sitting in the sun. On the trip home, after 16 hours in the car, there was still intact ice, which is pretty good in my book.

This has been our go-to cooler for years. Love the strap. Love the easy flip closure. Lasts long enough for days at the beach, road trips, etc.

I have the 16 ct version for many years now. The best part is the green/yellow bucket can be take out for easy cleaning, ideal for holding fish etc.

I beefed up the insulation in mine a little by adding some bubble type reflectix material as a second layer. Had it laying around. Someone could probably also use some left over vehicle silver sun shade.

I had this for several years now. I take this with me to all of my beach trips and it works great!

Like others have mentioned, there's not a lot of space, but it's really sturdy and does a good job on keeping my drinks cool.

For under $7 we should expect disposable level quality in terms of materials, but no zipper means this will not stay closed. Don't kid yourself.

We have the larger size and we actually prefer this over the zipper kind. It closes just fine.
