I bought Bosch bluegranite previously and in my experience they are not as good as these Milwaukee bits.

Yeah these are for use with a standard hammer drill, sds is for bigger bits and hammer only functions

I have similar experience as well. My Bosch bits only lasted once.

Too bad they don't keep stock in store.
Just yesterday bought their single 1/2" "multi-material" version for $14.47 because it was all they had.
Thanks, OP in for 1. Might return the multi-material.

Will these also work in a regular drill or would they need sharpening

Doesn't work like that. A hammer drill delivers a repetitive impact while spinning the drill bit, helping the specially designed bit to get through concrete, brick, etc.

The hammer function of a drill makes a night/day difference in getting through hard materials. If you have some holes to drill through concrete/brick/etc, you might consider renting or borrowing a hammer drill.

They'll work but there's not really much point because they'll pretty much only work on wood without ruining the tips, just use regular bits
