They are most likely going to charge you whatever their cheapest oil change is so you're still paying for oil (granted, it's cheap dino oil). If you live near a high school that still has an Auto Shop class, many of them will do minor services like this for free or pretty cheap.
Also, depending on your car, you might be able to use a fluid extractor (through the oil dip stick tube) to extract the old oil and if you have a European car, a lot of them have the oil filter on TOP of the motor so there's no need to get it on a lift or a jack (and WAY less messy). This is how a lot of Euro dealers do it (if it doesn't need to go on the lift for some other reason). I don't know what your limitation is but this may be a viable option for you. This is how I've been doing oil changed on my Euro cars for years.
Noob question.. is there anyway that you buy oil and just ask some provider to do it like Walmart or something else .. I can't do my oil changes for a reason .. TIA

That is something you would have to ask some smaller car shops about. I've done that before. Most bigger or established places are unlikely to do that.
