I live in a condo that has electric heat and obviously can't put a system outside. Could I use something like this to heat and cool the place? We aren't even allowed to have the hang-in window air conditioners... I hate this HOA lol

You would need to find a place for the unit to be outside and then run it into your condo for the wall unit. You would also need to have 220 electrical connection to the outdoor unit.
