Book4 Ultra has much longer battery life and a touch screen.
If you game, book3 ultra. If not, then book4 pro 360. I don't see the point of book4 ultra 155H variant.

But for $300 more, it seems to be the better option to go book3 i9, 4070. I could do some gaming then on it and use it on my 57 inch when not using it for work. Hmm

Huge screen at 16" to compete with MPro 16"

Discrete graphics is always good - idk performance vs. the MacBook Pro
Good enough ram - seems like it's fixed ram, the website does not show any option to add more RAM
Large SSD.
If you are a windows person, this seems like a high spec machine? although I honestly don't know how good 4050 is but it's a 4xxx series so it should be decent I assume.
If you want all day use, you'd need to bring the charger.
Consider all of specs, I think Book 3 Ultra wll be better choice,
