Quality Lighting and Plumbing Fixtures - 70ish% off - Open Box
If you're looking for good quality door, lighting or plumbing fixtures, I highly recommend taking a look at NextHomeDesign [ebay.com]. They're an ebay seller who deals in open box and returns.
Most items are 15 to 25% off retail and then another 60% off on top of that. They stock stuff like Rohl, Kohler, Minka, Grohe, Kichler, Progress Lighting, Baldwin, etc. You end up getting much higher quality stuff for the price of big box store stock.
It's not a great answer if you need 10 identical fixtures, but if you need vanity lights, faucets, etc., they're great. Free shipping and free returns.
I just used them to provide finishes for a newly built home (sconces, faucets, chandeliers, vanity fixtures, mirrors, shower valves and controls, etc.). I did have an issue with one item and they were great to deal with.
