    The top seal on this unit is a nightmare to clean. And the top rims of the bowls are extremely thin and fragile to accommodate that seal.

    I can almost guarantee these are refurbished simply by including new bowls because the top rims break and crack.

    Ordered on and received. Item is like new. Had a little trouble getting the lid secure so it would turn on, but no issues a all once I got that sorted.

    Mine arrived. Looks brand new despite box being damaged in shipping. Not complaining but I was floored by how heavy it is. It turns on. Hoping the tapered bowl design works better than straight wall for some things so I don't have to scrape as much.

    FWIW, mine arrived yesterday from this deal and except for a refurb sticker on outside of the box, it is indistinguishable from new. It's noticeably more powerful than my previous food processor, like VERY noticeably. It's quiet, and has a pretty big work bowl. I just need a good place to store the accessories when not in use. I'm very happy with this deal.

    Same here. Got one. First time purchase at BuyDig. Oddly, the 'receipt' failed and now can not be found on their website, but I received it, like new, and with the 2 year CPS warranty.
    Don't forget to respond to the CPS email to complete the registration process.

    These are excellent prices, but FYI if you look at the reviews that perform actual tests, almost all of them recommend the Custom 14 model over this one, and also over the other fp deal. It has a similar list price, but not seeing it on sale anywhere at the moment.
