I guess the price on gray went down by a few bucks, but it's probably not necessary to create a new thread? It would make more sense to update the original one.

Bummer. We need 17x13x9 for a specific airline. Any suggestions?
A backpack? That's about all there is for 'personal item' bags which have to fit under the seat.

ordered gray color and signed up for W+ trial. looks like good reviews with good quality zippers and plenty of pockets
FYI I got the black one....the main zipper does not line up properly so opening and closing properly every time is a major fail. Other buyer in other thread also had same issue. Warrantly says 15 years but main zipper fail makes it useless doesn't matter if $5 or $50.

A duffel bag should be able to secure your items. This fails completely. When zipped up there is a gaping hole on both sides. What little integrity exists is dependent on zippers not failing or jamming. The pocket on the outside has a zipper closure on the bottom. What goes in must drop out says the designer who is obviously a prankster. It's fuggly as sin to boot. Sending mine back.

Yes, this is unfortunately accurate. I'll be returning as well. The concept is great but the execution is poor. This was a pain to try to zip up and even once zipped, the bag lacks any structure. As mentioned, your stuff is also exposed. If you were purely looking at this as a way to travel with a suit and a couple of accessories, it would work, but it fails miserably as a duffel bag.

Agreed, don't really like the openings on the end.

This is great for a quick weekend drive somewhere - wouldn't travel with this on flights because how unstructured the bag is.

The outside 'pocket' bottom zipper is to allow for a passthrough of the handle of another piece of luggage.

Avoid this bag at all cost. Dozens of points of likely failure.

Buy this only if you want to lose your items while in transit.

It doesn't even close all the way!!!!
