Yep, in for one. I didn't need it. But added protection plan in case I can swap a failed battery in a couple years.

I got 3 saws now; regular saw, pruning saw from Hart, and now this pole saw. Have at least 1 of each in non battery form too. I think I'm good on saws now.

Bought into the greenworks 80v system a few years ago with a lawnmower, and every year since added to it. This year i was undecided between a chainsaw or a polesaw; and this clinched it.

I went with the 16" chainsaw after the mower. I do some work out in the woods clearing out trails and the hand saws were getting tiresome. I already had a manual pole saw that gets used sparingly. It was my first chainsaw and I wanted something more comfortable. I compared the weight of similar products in-store before deciding on the medium size 16".

recently got a hart 20v polesaw at local walmart clearance for 65$. It's light enough but keeps getting jammed up even on small branches so I'll probably end up returning. Pulled the trigger on this greenworks polesaw + 2 yr plan. I already have an 80v snowblower, chainsaw, and mower pushing 8 years now so a fresh battery is extra clutch given that a standalone oem battery goes for $100+.

Anyone know the actual greenworks model# so i can look up the product weight?

But it seems to have a 4 year warranty. Why did you get the 2 year can you explain?
