1000 surge watt is really nothing. Can it even power a refrigerator?

I picked one up last time this deal was running. It's a solid little generator, especially for this price. Unfortunately, it turned out I'm bad at math and 8A doesn't actually work out to 720W, but that's my own mistake. The generator itself works well and is easy to use even if you're not familiar with using one.

For those that run across this deal in the future:

Buyers: Check these with a high load when you first get it; if it doesn't make the watts, exchange it. I bought one years ago to keep in my truck camper. (They're small enough to fit in the porta-potty cubby.) Then, after seeing videos of one running a 5000 btu window air conditioner, I tested it, and . . . it failed miserably, so I installed a hard start kit, and . . . it still failed miserably. Since it was after the exchange / warranty period I waited until the next sale and bought a second one to try. I figured if it didn't work I would return it. The second was a success. It does run the a/c unit. It's noticeably more powerful. An easy test is a box fan. The "good" one will run the fan on high and barely come off eco mode. The "bad one" really has to ramp up the RPMs to run one.
