my parents had this in the bed room and I slept on it with my girlfriend for a week when visiting.
honestly, it wasn't too bad, but there was definitely air loss every night. I'd have to top it off every 2-3 nights.
that being said, I think if it were only one person, itd be sufficient. I ended up getting the GAP hybrid mattress for my parents guest room and to make things a bit more comfortable, but that was on sale when I was there for $300.

for reference, im a 6'2" male. 180lbs.
Seriously, this mattress survived even a night with girlfriend? I never thought an air mattress would withstand the romance.
PS: will order one
Really? They wouldn't price match it for me. They told me to return and rebuy and then gave me a $10 off code for the inconvenience 🤷🏻 ♂️
Yup, I didn't even have to fight for it. I think the rep ended up giving me back more money too lol. Somehow my order total is now showing $12.21 after $0.97 tax.
Can anyone recommend a full-sized air mattress that I can use daily?
Air mattress are not great for daily use, they generally cause you to sweat and bad for your back. Intex makes the most common air mattress and are generally pretty reliable and can be had for $20. I have not tried one in op but would stay away based on reviews.
If cost is a concern, you can find full size mattress (memory foam, hybrid which is spring and memory foam, or polyester filled) on Walmart for $120 ish. I would personally recommend staying with either a cheap hybrid or memory foam.
Here is one example but you should do you own research for best one for your own needs

If you don't need it immediately, you could wait for clearance sales at Walmart for the best deals.
Just search mattress on Walmart, sort by price, and filter by mattress size (full) and retailer (Walmart), which hopefully link below provides
