I ordered April 11 and still not showing packed.

Tip: Don't put "Pate" in the title unless the deal is only good on pate.
I won't touch pate, disgusting 🙀🙀🙀. But the in gravy varieties are awesome!
Did you choose the repeat shipping option? You won't see the discount until you do that.
I finally did the chat with customer service option on the site and described my order but also gave them the cart ID (it appears during checkout even if the order fails if you are logged in) and was able to give my order and cart ID to the rep via chat and they put the order through for me and signed up for subscribe and save to get the 50% discount.
If thats worth the time to you to save 50% (I had a $90 order down to $45) for some more premium food for your critter might want to do the chat or call.
That said, I ALWAYS have problems with Petco checkout. I've only ever successfully ordered from their site once and ironically enough it was last week on a scratching post but ive tried dozens of times in the past and it always fails. Its like they dont want my money.
