Thanks OP! Was finally able to get them to agree via chat. Had to tell them to cancel six times. They asked where I heard of the the deal. I told them it was not important. I have a 2014 Yukon. Total was $3.63 per month for 36 months. Better than the $7.27 I just got a month ago.
I had zero luck with trying to cancel and getting the promotion, so I just said screw it and canceled. They are a terrible company but it is convenient in the car.

They signed a new Deal with SiriusXM which starts this Summer, once their current contract with Amazon /Wondery ends.
I don't know how 'exclusive' it will be or if will affect access to their back catalog or not.
