God I hate this business model. Went to renew and tried to get this deal. After a random half dozen offers, got mad and just decided to quit instead. Just so sick of their nonsense

I posted a warning about this in January. Strongly suggest people interested in this and other deals read my post and the company link before committing themselves financially. Especially anyone considering a prepaid long term plan. I started a chat and entered "Get SiriusXM for $3 per month for 36 months".
When the bot came up with several options I just repeated "Get SiriusXM for $3 per month for 36 months"
A rep came on immediately, and after providing my radio ID said I could only get this offer if I closed my existing account and opened a new one.
I agreed and she completed all the steps after I provided her my credit card number via secure link.
This was the easiest transaction I have ever had with SXM. Thanks OP!

These are NOT mandatory, despite what the rep tells you. I've refused to pay them and others have been successful too. Just got to keep trying.
