I guess you can't argue with the "free" here, but them only being temporary and I guess Luna is cloud based? which could also lead to an extra layer of problems for already legendarily buggy games, just doesn't seem like a deal to me, but I guess that's up to each person to decide.
Also there have been a lot of rumors lately that Fallout 3 is getting a remaster, yet another reason this isn't much of a deal.
That's how far my backlog is.
With companies with the resources like Amazon and Google I'd assume they'd have this nut fully cracked, but they're only marginally better performance wise than our rinky-dink startup.

I tried it for 2h. First time I've used Luna but used GFN (founder $5/month) a lot, especially during covid. Also used stadia a lot before it went offline.
Intro/video at the beginning, yes 6/10 lag at times.
Actual game, very good, 9/10. Minimal lag. I had to adjust mouse sensitivity by about 30% in the game settings.
Using a i5 chromebook with 2 external screens. One screen for game and one game for another browser. 800Mb/s internet.
As a side note; I saw fallout 4 is on GFN (using steam license) and not Luna. Will revisit that after fallout 3.
1. At time the game would quite without warning, causing me to lose progress unless I keep saving all the time. Otherwise there are times the game would play very nicely. I have a pretty capable desktop that can play recent games at high settings but don't own this game.
2. I couldn't find the option to export its save files. My account (through amazon) shows zero games with options to export save games. You could be looking at spending lots of time playing and just end up losing all those due to Luna owns your saves and they're not letting you have it.
3. A side note. I've played Fallout 4 for a long time before stop playing. On my current setup, I always feel a bit dizzy maybe due to the details rendered but not on fallout 3 through Luna. Not sure if it's due to the lower levels of details or lower frame rates. More recent games take care of that better, maybe with only focusing the center and defocus surroundings etc.
