Yea shipping is kind of slow. But they've never failed to deliver even if it takes three weeks and customer service has always been pretty helpful. I've never not received my products and I've ordered a ton of stuff off both their website and eBay. The quality for their sale prices is kind of wild.

Their belcourt duffel weekender is significantly more quality than my bellroy duffel and cost $36 on clearance.

Many other items are final sale and clearance for 70% off as well.

Tried checking out through Google Pay on Chrome and the checkout just wouldn't work, then I tried it on Firefox and the cart page was completely different. It let me open Google Pay, but then I got an error saying I needed to use a different browser to complete checkout with that payment option.

Think I'm gonna pass on this one - the vibes are a little too off to want to give out my CC #.

To be fair, the quality is pretty damn good considering the sale price. I have quite a few items from them and I've never been disappointed. Except water bottle holder on some bags. But I rigged up cheap velcro strap that sits flush and holds the bottle better and tight to the bags in the exterior bottle holder.

Placed an order with free priority shipping two days ago, shipped yesterday! This is better than the 15% off coupon code imo since ebags are notorious for shipping delays with standard shipping.

A personal bag is anything that will fit under the seat in front of you. I have used a messenger bag or backpack depending on the trip. You have to decide if you something with compartments, or just an open space, like a small duffel. There are lots of options, even if you don't find something on eBags.
