The original Japanese language audio (with optional English subtitles) is available in the Extras section of each movie. There doesn't seem to be a way to download the extras, so you can only download the English version for offline viewing, which is disappointing.
For now at least, all of those and more are free to watch on HBO max. But love that studio

Akira? Not the best 4K release of that movie (it lacked HDR in the US on initial release), but that's one example of 4k anime. Another is Paprika, which even manages to be Movies Anywhere compatible, although the disc is the superior viewing option, obviously.
