Fake spot rates a D. I thought it was a great price on a cool toy but will have to pass.
So we played with it this morning. My 4 year old had a lot of fun. It did well on the street but struggled a bit in loose rock, especially the side-to-side motion. Same with grass, although the truck mode helped. It ran into lots of walls with no damage.

Battery life was about 30 minutes, although the spare battery charged fully in that time, so you could switch them out indefinitely, I suppose. The charging cable lights up to tell you when charging is complete.

My 4 year old really liked the ability to move directly side-to-side, as opposed to having to use back and forth to turn.

We didn't try the wireless wrist control as she's 4, and that seems too complex. The remote works to about 100-150 ft.

The one odd thing is that the demo mode is a button on the controller that is easy to hit, and the demo mode is pretty long. My daughter said, "it's out of control!", and I thought it was stuck in that mode, because it lasted so long. But it eventually went through its paces.

Overall, worth $20.
It's weird that my page is showing $37.24 for the blue and yellow but when you click on them the price doesn't change, it stays $68.99. Something seems wrong with the listing.

It's just a website called 'fakespot' that is set up to algorithmically determine if there is deception in the reviews (ie. fake reviews). In this case the website believes that most of the reviews are fake or deceptive. This doesn't mean the product is fake or that it doesn't work as described, it just means that it might not live up to the hype of all the 5-star reviews. Still though, sometimes the price is just right to justify taking a chance on it. This one is pretty cheap so you're probably not getting ripped off but you might be getting what you pay for.

This isn't a sale. This is the regular price on Alibaba or other Chinese websites. Just stick random brand on it since the brand doesn't matter. It's all manufactured by the same Chinese vendor and resell under whatever brand the seller comes up with.

Picked this up last week. Worth the $20 for my 7yo, but $69 is laughable. It's build ... OK. it's not SUPER sturdy, but will hopefully last thru the summer. It does get hung up on longer grass and really bumpy ground/rocks.
