I wonder why it's flagged by Amazon as frequently returned... Also can't tell if it takes bananas... My 12 year old Energy center is started to have static and crackling I've always found this center appealing hm.

It's frequently returned because it is. Muffled dialog and what not. I went with the 504c from Adorama and it's amazing with only a few tweaks.

Bet people often buy this for mounting on wall or below mounted tv only to find out it's far too deep.
